Manager5 handles online payments directly at the point of booking — deposits, full payments, and package sales. Customers pay through the booking page and funds go straight to your account. We support cards and bank transfers. Free and Pro include ecommerce; available payment methods depend on your configured gateway.

We help with data migration from the most popular tools (Excel, Calendly, SimplyBook, and others). You can also run Manager5 in parallel and move data in phases — no need to do everything at once.
Seasonal business? Add people when needed and schedule fewer seats or Free for up to 3 active people at the paid term end. Keep the same company and its history for the next season.
